The consultation itself is where we look at the rooms, measure, talk through how you live in the space and narrow the options down to a few that genuinely suit it.

Our focus is carpet, hardwood (both new installation and refinishing existing floors) and area rugs. We also offer luxury vinyl plank and laminate where they are the right fit for a room, and natural and eco-friendly options for homeowners who want them. The range is curated on purpose: a short list of strong, appropriate choices is easier to decide between than a wall of everything.

We plan the whole project rather than just the product, so we tend to be a good fit for homeowners who value guidance and careful planning. We are less suited to very small jobs, product-only purchases or work where price is the only deciding factor, and we would rather say so early.

We look at the whole project, including what is coming up, the condition of what lies underneath, transitions between rooms, stairs, furniture and timing, and we set expectations with you before installation starts. Most of the uncertainty people feel about flooring comes from surprises on the day, and the planning is how we take those out of it. We stay accountable from selection through completion.

Yes. We offer financing through Service Finance, subject to credit approval. Several programs are available and they change through the year, so ask us what is currently offered and we will walk you through it. We do not quote rates or payments on the website because they depend on the program and on approval.
